About Dennis:
Dennis Parry has been a successful Realtor in the Cache Valley area for over 12 years. He has extensive experience in subdivision, new home construction and selling, executive home sites and homes and multi-family units. He has a professional staff at work to help your transactions flow smoothly. Dennis has served as the Cache Rich Board President and on Utah state commitees. He is a CRS and an Associate Broker. He was recognized as Rookie of the Year and also received the coveted Realtor of the Year award. Dennis is an action man and can make things happen. He has been in Coldwell Banker's Presidents Elite group for many years. This is an award based on production given to the top 1% of the agents in the country. |

We'd like to introduce Debbie Parry, the newest member of our team. If she seems familiar, you're probably right. She is Dennis Parry's wife. She has been involved with Real Estate on the side lines for many years. Debbie graduated from BYU with a degree in Recreation and Youth Leadership and USU with a degree in Elementary Education. She has worked with the Boy Scouts as an adult leader and worked as a trainer in the Wood Badge Program. Debbie also taught first and second graders in the school systems. She recently certified as an EMT and volunteers as a First Responder for Millville and Nibley City.

Debbie has many years experience in property management and tenant relations. She likes buying and selling investment properties and single family homes.
